1. No God-moding or power-playing.

2. Any characters that have not been accepted yet are not permitted to be put into role play. The only exception to this is if an admin gives permission, or if it is an admin. All admins' character bios are automatically accepted, unless there is a comment in there from {Snarky} or Rose Petals about the bio.

3. No character can own more than one territory. Neither can it be in two places at once.

4. You must post at least one hundred words per post when role playing. Failure to do this will result in a warning. No one is excusable from this, not even staff.

5. Please use proper grammar to the best of your ability, and if you are unsure of how your grammar is, please use the spell check on here, or copy and paste your post onto a word document and spell check it there. Role playing is a great tool for developing good writing skills, as well as having fun, so please make this as enjoyable and easy to understand as possible. The better you write, the easier it is to understand and the more of a response we can give. ALWAYS use spell check, no matter how good of a writer you are. It is very obvious if you don't, because, if you make a mistake, the spell check will find it and correct it. If for some reason you cannot use the spell check on your computer, please notify me to have this straightened out. Also, you MUST, ABSOLUTELY MUST re-read your post before posting it at least once. More than once would be great, but re-read it at least once to catch mistakes that the Spell Check may not have picked up. It doesn't correct grammatical mistakes, it just makes sure individual words are spelled correctly. If you have something such as "off" and "at" together in a sentence, and type too fast and it comes out like "of fat," the spell check will not pick it up. So re-read!!

6. Do not kill another person's character unless you have permission to do so by the owner of that character.

7. If a territory is claimed, you are not allowed to reclaim it without prior acknowledgement of the person that you are going to try to fight for it, and the original claimer is allowed to fight back, and may defeat your character. Again, unless approved by the owner of the character, no character can be killed, only hurt.

8. Know that another character may want a land that is already claimed, and s/he may fight for that land. Also know that if a fight is picked, any and all characters involved in the fight can fight back as necessary until a player is weary of the fight and concedes, or a preset plan between players is made, such as wanting another character to kill one of their characters. Refer to rules 6 and 7.

9. You can make your own character die of any cause, but not while in battle, though the cause of death can be due to injuries received in a battle. For making your own character die, you do not need permission, just please let us know on the death board if your character dies, no matter how he/she died.

10. If one of your characters are killed, they can no longer be entered in any other role play. They are dead. They can't come back to haunt any of the other characters, they can't ask for help to cross over, they are almost as if they never existed. Other characters may mourn over the dead character, and the dying character may say that they will haunt them when they are dead or haunt their dreams, but the character cannot actually do so.

11. In mating, you are allowed to be graphic. If someone is offended by something you say in any of your posts, you will be warned once, and if you do it again, you will be banned. If anyone is offended by something they read on this site, please notify an admin ASAP so the problem can be taken care of.

12. If there is a mating between felines, please post that they have mated on the breeding board. Please follow the example provided. Then one of the admins will tell you what the kit/cub looks like and its gender, and if crossbred, the breed. If the kits have different creators, the owners of the kits' parents can decide between yourselves who gets them.

13. You may create as many characters as you wish, but remember to keep them active. If any character is inactive for more than one week, they will be deleted and you will not get the same character back. It does not matter how frequently they had been used before.

14. If you are inactive for more than one week, your account will be given a warning. If you are then still inactive for another week {two weeks}, your account will be deleted or banned. Please stay active in the game, for no one likes to wait on a certain person to post on role plays.

15. The only exception to the above two rules is if you post about being away. Please make sure you give an estimated time when you will be back. If you are going to be gone for only a couple of days for certain, there is no need to post about being gone unless you want to. If you are going to be gone for more than 3 days, please let us know.

16. Remember to always respect other players and their characters. No personal spats should be brought into the role plays nor the cbox. If this happens, you will immediately be suspended for three days, and if it happens more than once, you will be permanently banned.

17. Cats cannot breed under their proper breeding age (breeding ages vary a little bit with breeds, but the average age is 3 years for females and 4 years for males).

18. There can and will be natural disasters. They can only be controlled by admins.

19. Please always keep your signature up-to-date with your characters. Include your Cat's name, age, gender, and breed/species. You may include whether or not they are taken, and/or put the color of text they are, but this is not required.

20. You are allowed three characters for the first 75 posts you make. Then you will receive another character at 75 and 100, then every 50 posts after that. {Example: If you've made 300 posts, then you may have up to 8 characters.} You do not have to create a character immediately when you have reached certain post marks, and you can still get one later on. You may choose to wait until you get to the 100 mark to just make 2 characters at one time, or you can wait even longer if you wish. It is completely up to you.
Detailed List:
You start out with 3 characters.
You can have another after you have 75 posts.
Another at 100 posts, and another at 150.
One character each at posts 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 7500, and 10000. Then you cannot create any more characters. If one of your characters die, you may create another in its place. By post 10000, you can have up to 21 characters. It is not figured out yet, and doesn't need to be for a long time, but whomever reaches the 10000 post mark first, if anyone does, then that person will be awarded in some way.

21. If your cat has a cub, you must make a bio for it. It won't be hard, because most of the information will already be supplied to you. For the history, just type "Unraveling..."

22. If you create a kit, the youngest it can be without a mother is four months.

23. If you advertise on this site, you MUST post our affiliate on your site. If we advertise on your site, we will expect to post your affiliate on our site. If you don't have an affiliate icon, then you can post an advertisement on our site with no attachments, as long as you do not delete our affiliate.
